Coming from a background of music education, music therapy, and many years as a camp counselor, Alyssa has finally decided to direct some of her musical energies into creating a CD for parents and children to use together. The goal of this project is simple: to encourage people to use their imaginations.
The idea here is helping your imagination to grow. Use the full version songs as examples, and then go crazy with your own ideas.
Most of the song lyrics on normalcd.com are followed by questions that fit each song. It's your choice how you want to use this CD, if you feel like talking to your kids about the themes, marching around like an elephant, or listening in the car and adding new words each time.
